General

  • Check-in is after 2:00 p.m. and check-out is before 10:00 a.m.

    Reception closes at 8pm, if you will be arriving after that please contact us to arrange a late check in.

    If you're arriving earlier, we can hold your bags, or can possibly make your room available for an early check-in if pre-arranged (charges may apply).

    Late checkout can be arranged, subject to availability (charges apply).

  • Our cancellation policy may be found on your booking confirmation, but in general, for pre-pay packages or non-flexible packages, there is no refund for cancellation. Flexible packages are usually 24 to 48 hours before the 2:00 pm check-in. Please check your booking confirmation for your specific cancellation policy.

  • Unfortunately, our property is unable to host pets. Please contact us regarding working support dogs.

  • In accordance with New Zealand smoking legislation, our properties are smoke free. Each property does have a designated smoking/vaping area outside. There is no smoking/vaping in rooms or public areas. Cleaning charges may apply if a guest is found to have smoked inside the building.

  • Yes, our property does offer accessible rooms for guests, please contact us for details.

  • Yes, we're pleased to provide guests with complimentary WiFi and printing support. We also offer breakfast, which needs to be ordered the night before and is delivered to your room at a time of your choice

  • Yes, we are child-friendly. Our reception team are able to provide you with options for local kid-friendly activities.

Facilities and Services

  • Yes, we offer complimentary unlimited Wi-Fi. A fair usage policy applies and charges may apply if excessive usage is detected.

  • No, we currently do not offer room service. We do offer breakfast, this must be ordered the day before will be delivered to your room at a time of your choice.

  • No, we do not offer turndown services.

  • Yes, we have a outdoor pool area with heated swimming pool and naturally heated thermal water hot tub

  • Yes, we have free off street parking available (one carpark per room).

  • Yes, we offer self-service laundry facilities for guest convenience.

  • Unfortunately, we do not offer event or meeting space.

Dining

  • No, there is no on-site restaurant. We do offer continental and cooked breakfast - ordered the day before and delivered to your room at a time of your choice.

  • No, we do not have a bar on-site.

Transportation

  • Yes, we offer a free airport shuttle service from Taupo Airport, you must book this in advance. Please contact us to book.

  • No, unfortunately, we do not have a car service available.
